Let the debates begin! The Westgate Las Vegas SuperBook has released their 2018-19 NFL regular season wins opening odds. Some notable totals include: Philadelphia at 10.5 wins, New England at 11 wins, Cleveland at 5.5 wins, and Dallas at 8.5 wins.

Buffalo at 6.5 wins jumped out to me. The Bills play five of their first seven games on the road. Assuming there are no major injuries (i.e Andrew Luck is out for the Colts), I could see Buffalo being an underdog in their first eight games of the 2018-19 season. The three quarterbacks on the Bills’ roster – Josh Allen, AJ McCarron and Nathan Peterman – have started five NFL games combined. Aside from LeSean McCoy, there really isn’t another playmaker on Buffalo’s offense. The Bills should have a solid defense and pick up some wins against weaker competition at the end of the season, but I’m struggling to find seven wins on their schedule.
